I have been using the device for about a month and a half and btw I have had tremendous results, until recently... All of the sudden the current is ridiculously strong.  I used to use level 5 but now when I turn it up past one I can feel an electrical pinching and I get really dizzy and light headed.  I think it is an issue between the connector from the wire to the device.  For some reason I cannot get it disconnected now, it is totally latched on there.  I don't want to use too much force because I think I'll break it.  What should I do?  I don't want to stop using it because it has helped me greatly, but I don't want to keep using it if somethings wrong.  What happens if the output is too strong can I get hurt?  Is there an IT # to call?

Some people do get used to the waveform, and that could possibly be the case with you because you are better now than when you started. Also the effect is not as noticeable as you improve.
