Dear sir/madam, I have been using Alpha Stim100 for my anxiety since the past five months it was working perfectly fine but now its dead :( there is nothing on the screen even if I change the battery and the LCD is just blank which ever mode I select. What should I do? As I am in Pakistan I can't get it fixed from you it will cost a lot of shipping. I also wanted to ask if there is an age factor involved for the use of this device.Can an eighty years old person use it for pain control? ?
