    Insurance Reimbursement

I was told about your product through a sister in law who was given one for pain management after a bad accident at work. I am very interested in trying an Alpha-Stim with the probes. I have fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety and lower back pain from a MV vs pedistrian accident (I was the pedestrian). I have passed on the information to my physician whom had not heard of your product but now is very interested in me becoming his "guine pig" since he feels he has MANY patients that could benefit from this. I live in South Carolina and I am a state employee with Blue Cross insurance. Upon contacting them they can only tell me that I need a procedure code before they can even tell me if it is covered. Would you have a list of procedure codes that you can post. I have tried calling your customer service number about 2 weeks ago with no response and left another message today through both e-mail and voice mail. I am very despraite to try this.

The other option I was wondering about is do you ever give these devices to physcians to use on a trial basis so they can promote them if they feel they work.

Again, I am very interested in trying this, I am a mother of 4 that would love to have a drug free day!

    Thanks

    Re: Insurance Reimbursement

I received your voicemail from today and attempted to return your call.   The applicable code is dependant on a couple factors that I would need to speak to you about over the phone as we do not discuss personal information over the internet.  You may call me anytime between 8am and 5pm central time at 800-367-7246 x3271.

    Thank you,
