Distributor Referral Program

For any Alpha-Stim Distributor or Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributor appointed by EPI which you refer to us, you will receive 10% off each unit you purchase for every unit purchased by them for a period of one year starting with the date of their initial qualifying stocking order.

Training Programs

Training in the history, theory and clinical application of electromedical modalities featuring Alpha-Stim brand microcurrent and cranial electrotherapy stimulators, under the direction of Dr. Daniel L. Kirsch, in Mineral Wells, Texas. Two-day training in Mineral Wells is FREE with a 10 unit order (a $300.00 per person value). We will visit your place of business in the continental US for a FREE two day training with a single 100 unit order from our published Alpha-Stim Distributor Price List (this offer good one time only). Additional training at your business is available at the rate of $500 to $2,000 per diem plus transportation and lodging. Arrangements must be made in advance and confirmed with EPI. Training for principals and, where possible, all sales reps, is a requirement of becoming an Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributor.

Support Materials

Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributors are supplied with a complete set of research reports, testimonials and current media articles. Color brochures are supplied free of charge in reasonable quantities, except for shipping charges, and all literature is available at our printing cost plus shipping charges to “active” Alpha-Stim Distributors.

Inquiry Response Program

This program, which can be largely funded through our Cooperative Advertising Program for Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributors (USA only), allows EPI to immediately follow up a retail or doctor lead with an audio cassette of "The Magic of Microcurrent" or video of Alexander Haig’s Health Journal TV segment on Alpha-Stim. This includes a letter from EPI advising them of who you are and that you will be in contact with them, and is far superior to your calling them without our introduction. There is a $5.00 per lead charge to cover costs and this is a mandatory national program for Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributors.

Leads

EPI funds numerous advertising and promotional activities at the national level including trade shows, ads in major health care industry publications and an aggressive PR program which has resulted in national and international TV air time (“The Health Show” on Canadian Public Broadcasting and NAPS articles appearing in over 200 US newspapers are good examples). Leads generated off our promotional activities are distributed to Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributors in good standing under our Inquiry Response Program.

Cooperative Advertising Program

EPI will pay up to 100% of your advertising for Alpha-Stim stimulators, equal to a cost of up to 5% of your Alpha-Stim stimulator purchases (see Cooperative Advertising Program for complete details).

Protected Territories

Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributors enjoy protected territories based on their level of purchases. As a general guideline, Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributors are protected at EPI’s discretion up to 100,000 population for each unit of averaged monthly purchases. Protection excludes pre existing customers and means that EPI will not establish additional customers in the territory, up to the qualifying block of population, while distributor remains “active”. For instance, a city of 2,500,000 could accommodate 1 distributor purchasing 10 units per month plus three distributors purchasing 5 units per month each. EPI will consider market dynamics and efforts of its distributors before putting additional distributors in a territory. Only “Authorized” distributors are awarded this protection. EPI cannot by law exclude any distributor from selling anywhere within their country as long as they follow our published distributor policy.

Flexible Price/Financing Options

Our pricing is designed to offer maximum flexibility to fit your purchasing and financing needs. There is a discount for payments made at the time of your order. Credit lines on approved credit may be established at EPI’s discretion based upon your payment history to a maximum of $10,000. On NET 30 pricing, we will accept 1/3 down with the balance due in 30 days, until you have established a credit line for the full amount. All balances must be paid prior to utilizing the increased credit line. This allows you to establish credit up to a maximum of $10,000.

Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributor Credit Rebates/Blanket Purchase Order Program

Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributors in good standing receive a quarterly rebate on orders of 5 or more units of Alpha-Stim stimulators to the price level of the aggregate total of quarterly purchases at the end of each quarter. Or, Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributors may place a blanket purchase order for the quarter and draw from it at the price level of these committed quarterly purchases. All purchase order commitments must be shipped by the end of the quarter or all shipments will be billed at the level of total shipments during the quarter. This program gives our Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributors a significant price advantage over our published prices.

To qualify to become an Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributor, you must agree to the following:

1. Carry no competitive microcurrent, CES or TENS devices, designed for home use, retailing for less than $2,000.00.

2. You must agree to sell only Alpha-Stim accessories and replenishable supplies for Alpha-Stim brand microcurrent and cranial electrotherapy stimulators.

3. Hire and train sales/support personnel dedicated strictly to Alpha-Stim. Principal must attend an Alpha-Stim Training Program sponsored by EPI and train all sales staff. It is recommended that all sales staff also attend an EPI sponsored training.

4. You must agree to participate in EPI's national programs, including our School Program, Inquiry Response Program, and Preferred Provider programs.

5. A qualifying 10 unit order is required and you must maintain minimum purchase requirements of 30 units per calendar quarter to remain "active". You must complete at least one quarter of qualifying purchases to become an Authorized Alpha-Stim Distributor. This can be accomplished with a blanket purchase order. Inactive distributors must re-qualify if the territory is still available.
