US Government Federal Supply Schedule Date: March 30,2005 I encourage clients struggling with depression and/or anxiety, as well as those who deal with chronic physical pain on a daily basis to explore alternative ways of dealing with their circumstances. While medications may be needed and even helpful at times they tend to included negative side effects as well, as we all know. Some of my clients using Alpha-Stim are ever so delighted to find a sense of peace and ease at the end of their 20 minutes, or hour. From that place of calm, it is easier to consider how best to deal with life’s challenges. Choices become more apparent. A model in how to deal with the rough and raw moments in life emerges. |
