US Government Federal Supply Schedule Date: October 3, 2007 I starting having panic attacks and anxiety a few months ago and it was the scariest time of my life. I wanted a safe long term treatment option and I spent many weeks researching the best course of action. Any benzodiazepine or antidepressant carries dozens of side effects with short and long term use. I wanted to feel better, not worse. Another major problem I have is muscle tension which seems to improve moderately with the alpha-stim, but the tension comes back quickly. The important thing is I have a long term treatment option that improved my symptoms with no side effects.
