I want people to know that I use the Alpha-Stim® for Bi-polar Disorder. My doctor prescribed it for both manic phases and depressed phases. I also use it to help me sleep. I have been told to use it at least two hours a day. I am diagnosed Bi-polar Mixed, so my moods shift constantly. The Alpha-Stim® helps me relax when I'm Manic or not feel so badly when I'm depressed. I have trouble staying asleep so I use it for sleep in the middle of the night. I use less tranquilizers and less sleep medication. It also gives me a way to take control and manage my disorder. Thank you people at Alpha-Stim®.
