Celebrating 29 Years 1981-2010 Date: March 13, 2009 Location: Louisiana Indications: Pain, Anxiety I was injured on the job, resulting in 3 ruptured disc in my neck and 2 ruptured disc in my back. I was in SEVERE pain CONSTANTLY. I had anxiety so BAD. Dr. ordered Physical Therapy 3 times a week. Since the injury, I had been taking a narcotic pain med- Lortab 10.5 Almost a YEAR later I had surgeries that relieved my pain; but by then I was hooked on the pain med. I had been using an Alpha-Stim SCS 3X a week during P.T. So I bought my own, started using it daily at home and after a FEW days, I laid the narcotic down and did not crave it any longer. I was OVERWHELMED!! The SCS unit worked a miracle for me. It's fantastic !! It calms my anxiety GREATLY also. |
